1. Introduction

Rumahsaku Corp. (hereinafter "Company") respects your privacy in TangoWrist (hereinafter "App"). The App is designed for completely offline learning, and the Company does not collect, track, or share personal information with third parties. This policy clarifies our data handling practices.

2. Scope of this Policy

This policy applies to the App (for Apple Watch/iPhone) and features within the App. Services outside the App (e.g., Apple's App Store, iCloud, OS-level settings) follow their respective providers' policies.

3. Information We Collect (We Don't)

The Company does not collect personal information (names, emails, location data, identifiers, etc.) through the App.

• Analytics/Tracking: Not performed (no advertising SDK or behavior analytics SDK implemented).
• Account creation: Not required.
• Device identifier transmission: Not performed.

4. Storage Location and Sync

Your learning data (cards, decks, statistics, settings, etc.) is handled as follows:

• Local storage: Data is primarily stored on your device.
• iCloud sync (optional): Only when you enable it, data syncs to Apple's iCloud. Sync methods and protection follow Apple's privacy policy.
• Company servers: We do not send or store data on our servers.

5. Offline Operation and Communication Scenarios

The App's learning features work without internet connection. However, communication may occur due to the following OS/store functions:

• App Store purchases/restoration (one-time license verification)
• Communication with Apple servers when iCloud sync is enabled
• OS-level processing for notifications (we do not collect notification tokens)

6. Device Permission Usage

The App uses the following permissions only when necessary for features:

• Notifications: For learning reminders (via OS. Notification content is generated on-device).
• Photo Library/Files: For attaching images to cards, CSV import/export.
• Microphone (optional): Recording used only when user chooses to attach audio to cards.

Acquired media/CSV files are saved on device or iCloud; we do not acquire or transmit them.

7. Data Protection

• Data is stored on your device (and optional iCloud).
• We cannot access your data.
• We rely on iOS/watchOS security mechanisms (device lock, encryption, etc.) and do not perform remote access or collection.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

• Retention period: As long as you use the app, data remains on your device (and optional iCloud).
• Deletion method:
• Uninstalling the app from your device deletes device data.
• If using iCloud sync, delete the app's data from iOS Settings/iCloud management.
• Since we don't retain data, individual data deletion by us is unnecessary and impossible.

9. Children's Privacy

The App can be used for educational purposes, but we do not collect personal information. Parents may consider using iOS/watchOS Screen Time for management.

10. Third-Party Sharing, Advertising, Tracking

• Third-party sharing: Not performed.
• Ad display/advertising ID usage: Not performed.
• Behavior tracking/measurement SDK: Not implemented.
• App Tracking Transparency (ATT): Since we don't track, ATT permission dialog is not displayed.

11. Jurisdiction-Specific Supplements (GDPR/CCPA)

• Currently, we don't collect or process personal data, so we have no company-held data to provide for GDPR or CCPA disclosure/deletion requests.
• However, rights regarding data stored in iCloud follow Apple's procedures. Please refer to Apple's privacy policy and support pages.

12. Policy Changes

This policy may be updated without notice according to legal or feature changes. Important changes will be announced in-app or on our official website. The latest publication date is shown at the top of this page.
